We thought this would be fun, the pre-show was presented in french with english subtitles, fine for us adults, not so good for our nearly 4 year old! She found it very boring and it did seem to go on for AGES.

The main show was very good, I loved the special effects and it was really nice to feel a part of it happening as I’ve never experienced anything like it before.

The only realy negative for me was a lack of age restriction, we had a two year old with us and he was very scared by the whole thing, when I’d read up on it on the DLP website it just said that it was noisy, but I don’t really think it is suitable for children under 3.

Although very technically good, I found the pre-show just too long and the show itself underwhelming. Also the queue was too long – we just missed a show and were first in line, so had to wait about twenty minutes.

The depressurisation of the space station is awesome …
This has to be made several times , each time on a different spot to enjoy the full special effects …

I agree with phildis66, the preshow is too long. The mainshow is really good. What they have to do instead of closing it, is to work in the preshow making it more interesting to children and adults. I think DLRP or WDS needs a walkthrough show inspired on movies or invented stories, like the one that Universal Studios created here in Spain: Templo del Fuego.

This attraction is both very good and not so good. The initial ’show’ is too long and not very interesting – especially if you are going to the attraction for a second time. The other ‘bit’ is very good with a lot of special affects in a short period of time.

Close the attraction? Why not just work on the pre-show and make that more interesting instead of taking the attraction away all together.

The only ride that I was really scared when 9 years old (in 2004, I did them all). But now, it’s one of my favourite rides, and they wanna close this. Thanks to this attraction, Armageddon is my favourite movie.

I am very surprised that this ride is rated so badly!! I (15) thought it was a spectacular ride!! My father (50) Also thought the same. It was very realistic and gets quite hot when the fire comes rushing out of the centre hole. You can’t really predict what is going to happen next.

A very exciting ride and in my opinion a must see but obviously a lot of people dont agree with me for some reason. 9 Out of 10!

The ride and effects themselves are excellent and very enjoyable, but the long, starting presentation is very dull.

The main show is nice, but it belongs in a humble walk through or similar. It does not live up to the expectations it creates through the long wait and pre-show.

This is the most dissapointing attraction at DLRP. i just cannot see the point of it. Unless you are in a specific place you miss most of the special effects. Very dissapointing.
