  1. Like this trip.

Quiet and calm, and you are relaxed compared to what is happening elsewhere in the park. Could have been a few seats on board, so you get rested up while the boat is cruising.

When the boat and the train meet each other as they greet each other by the whistle is fantastic. Great to be able to relax while watching what is happening around the boat.

  2. This is a lovely calm and relaxing experience and an opportunity to have a wonderful view of fronterland! Perfect for talking a break from walking around the park.

However this ride may be boring for young children or teens who cannot appreciate it and may also be time consuming if you are only at the parks for a short stay but if you have time it’s a lovely experience!

  3. The riverboat is great for taking timeout from walking alround the busy park!
    Very peaceful and relaxing.
Great views of frontierland. Also gives the opportunity for you to see parts of frontierland that you arent able to see on foot.

Quite a long boat ride, but well worth it!

  4. Peaceful trip around Frontierland, brilliant views of thunder mountain and phantom manor. Great place for taking photos.

Depending upon where you stand you can see different aspects, and you will definitely see parts of frontierland you haven’t seen on foot. Beware of sunburn on hot days (yes I am speaking from experience!) as the trip lasts quite a long time.

  5. I didn’t like it that much… It was way too crouded, and because of all the people that were on it, it became very hot. I didn’t got a chance to look at the beautiful landscape in Frontierland! Personally I think the trip is too long for young children.

  6. A tranquil ride aboard a steamboat , this ride gives a chance to take a break from the general hustle and bustle and is entertaining and gives some good views around frontierland especially Phantom manor and Big thunder Mountain

  7. If you think you’ve seen everything then do this, the boat takes you around the back of thunder mountain and you can see some different things.

Nice, peaceful and relaxing, beautiful old fashioned paddle steamer boats are very well themed.

  8. Take time out from the roller coasters and parades for a picturesque ride around Frontierland on either the Molly Brown or Mark Twain boats. This is your chance for a rest from the other more hectic rides and to enjoy the views that the park has to offer. Most people head to the upper levels where views are better but it is just as enjoyable on the lower decks. Seating would make this a better attraction as it is one you tend to go on when you are tired! During Halloween the boats are usually decorated to add to the themeing of the season.

  9. A beautiful steam boat and a lovely setting.

Everyone scrambles for the higher decks for the views, so unless you like to be really close to other people, I should stand back and let them get on with it! It is just as good to stay on the lower deck, the only problem being the lack of seating. My legs were really bad that day and I desperately needed to sit down. There was so much space on the bottom deck but NO seats at all, madness! I cant say whether there were any seats upstairs because I just couldnt make it that far.

This is a good one for spotting the local wildlife, a heron posed for my husband (no, not a plastic one, but a REAL one!) The models and scenery are a nice touch, but I personally think once is enough on this attraction. We have been twice now because my husband dragged me on again!!!!! 6/10

  10. Although the boat itself looks fantastic, there’s not much to look at while sailing around the river. It’s more fun looking at the boat than riding it.

  11. Best way to see Frontierland, no matter if you are young or old. However the riverboat only operates mainly in summer season.
