The drinks here are too expensive, but then they are everywhere in the resort. The bar is small, but nicely themed alongside the shop.
Unfortunately it’s spoilt (in my opinion) by the MASSIVE television screen on the wall that shows endless sport. It’s okay if you like your typical sports bar/cheap British seaside holiday resort bar….but not really in keeping with the Davy Crockett theme. Very little seating inside, and only a couple of tables directly outside (although there is more seating further away). Unfortunately, they also have ‘the wrong music’ pumping out as well, so you can’t hear yourself talk.
On a positive note, if the music isn’t on, and you can get a seat outside, it’s a nice spot to relax at the end of the day. And when they have entertainment on outside, which they frequently do, the atmosphere can be very pleasant. The last time we visited some Indians in full costume rode in and did face painting and an interactive drumming session. It was very well done. Don’t miss the free archery lessons in the tennis courts next door. The kids will love it!
