  1. Nachos, Hash Potato Fingers, A Hot Dog with Fries and Burritos.

All on our table, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but my god they were good! I LOVED the food here, was of really high quality (and cherry coke /cherry sprite – YES PLEASE!).

Our waiter, David, was such a lovely guy and patiently waited whilst we made him take a picture with our little travelling mascot (don’t ask ha ha) whilst the other waitress brought over our drinks on roller-skates. The service was very quick.

Don’t really see it as overpriced but one thing I must say is – if you’re getting Hash Potato Sticks, please cover them in Tabasco, it tastes divine!

  2. The last evening of our Euro Disney holiday we ate at Annettes Diner and had a great meal.. we have been there a few times on other trips so we knew what to expect.

We where on the first floor in the middle near the stairs, a member of staff on roller skates carrying a tray came up the stairs to serve my wife and myself with coffee after the meal. This staff member lost his balance and tipped scolding hot coffee all over my 8 year old son.. the staff member froze.. I asked for ice which did not come.. the staff did not seem to know what to do. After stripping my son in the middle of Annettes while stunned families looked on, the manager then ask us to go to the first aid centre for attention.. He was scolded over his chest and stomach..

Needless to say this was not good and very upsetting for the whole family and people watching the event take place.. though there does not seem to be any long lasting effects on my son it could have been so much worse. He had a bad nights sleep, lost a teeshirt and missed a few days swimming not too bad when you consider how it could have turned out.

My main point to all this is so that others know that this sort of thing could happen.. the food is great at Annettes but if you are unsure about staff members serving you on roller skates then ask for a waiter who is not wearing them.. Disney Customer Communications have not been very helpful when we tried to ask questions on the accident when we got home..

I would hate this to happen to someone else’s family.

  3. We ate here before our Journey home as we wanted to fill up and that we did the food was good came quickly & the staff were friendly, the table was a bit wobbly & the seat moved but hey you could get that anywhere.

I would recommend this place to eat

  4. Having recently spent a week at Disney Paris I must say this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Tables were broken and extremely cramped space; the food was very poor – served in plastic-ware and served cold. The service was even worse. I could not believe the attitude of the manager. Do not waste your money or time at this restaurant. Disney Paris is very expensive. I would not rate the place 1 star.

  5. We ate there with our family and had a great time. What I would like is some one to email the recipie of that gorgeous apple desert we had there. I was in a laky pastry apple filing covered with biscuit base (like in the cheese cake) lovely. Doesn’t matter if it is slightly higher in price than normal burgers entertainment and family atmosphere is worth it.

Will go there again for sure.

  6. This resteurant was amazing. Brilliant food and the dancing from the staff and elvis was good too.

  7. We had a lovely meal here, and were disappointed not to have space for dessert. The kids meals were fine, but the brownies were run-of-the-mill, mass-produced ones. We had perfect seats for the “show”, and enjoying seeing our waitress zoom around on rollerskates.

  8. Annette’s Diner is one of my favourite restaurants at DLRP. My sister and I always eat here at least a few times during our yearly 4-day stay al DLRP. On the day of arrival we always have lunch here first.

The staff is friendly, some of them have been working there for years…The burgers and hotdogs are great and the atmosphere is fantastic! We keep coming here!!

  9. After a long wait in the queue for a table, we were expecting a great experience only to be sorely disappointed.

Now, I can understand slow service when it’s very busy and this would be forgiven if the food on offer was worth waiting for! Sadly not. We waited 50 mins in the cold. Once seated our order was taken very quickly, only then having to wait another 40 mins for our food! By this time the children were falling asleep and we’d almost lost the will to live. But hey, the food’s here, wake-up!

Good grief! I can’t believe I paid over €60 for a few mediocre burgers, 1/2 a hot dog, some chips, 2 very small portions of icecream, oh and a beer (€6.90!). However, a waiter and waitress did get up on the bar and sing and dance to couple of tracks and they were skating around (the boys were very amused to watch them going up and down the stairs) but this, I’m afraid was not quite enough to raise this experience to the realms of passable!

Service 3/10 (too slow) – Food 5/10 (run of the mill) – Cost 3/10 (exchange rate didn’t help) – Entertainment 6/10 (a little more would have helped pass the time) Overall a generous 5/10 – Disappointing – What a shame!

  10. We went after reading the reviews on this site, but we found it did’nt live up to expectations. Food was fair. Service ok. Nothing special and probably would’nt go back.

  11. I would love to say this is a great place to eat as my first experience was fine, but my second visit involved a human hair in my burger bun and a mouse running round the tables with the staff not being too bothered. I won’t be visiting again – give me Rainforest Cafe any day.

  12. Our favourite place to eat!!

We love the theming, the atmosphere and – of course – the giant burgers and desserts. It is a bit expensive if you think it’s *just* a fast food but is there a cheap place at DLRP??

    By giuly09 on 5th November 2008

  13. I LOVE this restaurant. I’ve been going here since 1994 and I will continue to go here for many years on. It’s themed well, the food is comfort food; exactly what I want after a 3hour journey on the eurostar and a long day in the park. Great atmosphere and you definitely get your moneys worth.

  14. FUN, fun, fun!!

Great American food surrounded by kitsch 50’s fun – what more could you ask for?!! HUGE cheeseburgers and fries and fab milkshakes, our first stop on arrival mid afternoon when Disney Village is quiet as everyone is in the park. Great for families and big kids!!!

  15. A great place to eat. The first day my family got to Disney, we arrived in the afternoon, so we just checked out the Disney Village. We were starving, so we went into Annette’s Diner, and boy, were our stomachs filled. Delicious diner food. And considering how big the portions are, yes, how much it costs probably makes sense, but boy, was it EXPENSIVE. If you have the money, though, worth eating at if you’re wanting a good ol’ cheeseburger or a hot dog.

  16. A BRILLIANT place to eat!
The food is delicious, and the staff are all fantastic (particulary the brave few who serve on roller skates)
I recommend “Elvis the King of Kings” dessert! TO BE SHARED!!!!

By Tinkerbell on 19th May 2008

  17. I love this place! We always start our Disney trip by having brunch here. It’s delicious and the portions are so big that we can usually share a plate. You get american pancakes with yummy maple syrup, toast, fried eggs, sausage and beans and included in the menu is also fresh orange juice and hot tea. The atmosphere is fantastic. We were here at Christmas 2007 and the christmas decorations were so detailed and fitted the theme (fx old records and pink bows)! Would definitely recommend this! We were seated immediately and the service was great, though no rollerskating.

  18. Good choice! The staff was friendly and after 10 minutes we were seated at the bar. The food was georgious, we had Annette’s Greatest Hits, it’s a bit of everything with a hot dog, a burger and a burrito and some fries. The portions were really huge so there was unfortunately no space for desserts.

  19. We’ve eaten here each time we’ve visited Disney, last time we ate here twice. It is one of our favourite places to eat, relatively cheap food, considering the size of the portions. always had great service, never a bad meal, a relaxing, no-nonsense restaurant with something everyone will enjoy, even the fussiest of eaters!

  20. We ate here on the first day of our trip having missed it the previous two visits. My wife loves the film Grease and this inspired us to eat here. We weren’t diappointed. We ate early evening and it wasn’t too full. The food was great, served quickly and our 5 yr old was well chuffed by her meal delived on a frisbee. Will definately be returning on our next trip.

  21. Brilliant, the service was phenomenal :) Food scrumptious so overall i definitely recommend this.

  22. Have been to this resturant everytime me and my family have been to Disney, and never dissapointed. Food is brilliant and at affordable prices too. My children loved the waiters and waitresses serving food on rollerskates. Deffinately go back there on our next Disney trip.

    10/10

  23. Just home from a week in Disneyland Paris, went into Annettes for a milkshake – they do oreo cookie milkshakes – definately recommend!!! Ended up coming back that night for dinner we were so impressed with it. They have a brilliant special on their menu where you get a classic burger (section of the menu choice of about 6 different burgers), chips, a pint of coke and a brownie all for 18.95euro!!

Fantastic portion sizes. We were a little disappointed that no waiters or waitresses were on rollerskates as we had read about this, I would say that was the only downside to the meal! All in all was brilliant, quick service with gorgeous food! would definately go back!

  24. We went to this restaurant in Jan 2007 and found the food and service to be the best we experienced. Therefore we headed here again in Jan 2008. Things had changed we were shown to our table by a waitress who did not speak and pointed to where we were to sit. The restaurant was fairly quiet but we waited about 20 minutes to be served whilst the staff stood chatting. When they eventually came over and took our order they walked off before completing it without saying anything , we therefore walked out.

  25. Cant believe we have never eaten here before this trip! This year we ate here on two nights for a late bite after ice-skating at Hotel New York. It was such fun, the food was great the staff wonderful – even posing for lots of photos with my two girls. My tip would be have your dinner at lunchtime in Walts or Blue Lagoon and have a late supper here to round off a perfect day!

  26. Great on the evening, you get served on skates. The food is basic but its a nice 1950’s diner theme.

Expect a little wait to be seated.

  27. We ate here on Nov. 14 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the standard half board vouchers for this meal and each ordered the new avocado burger platters plus a starter each, and a brownie a la mode and fountain drink or coffee. We didn’t have room for the brownies but after a nice cup of coffee we left happy that we were not standing in the huge line outside! This seems to be one of the favorite places to dine and I understand why so we will be returning on our next visit!

  28. At the end of a busy day at the edge of The Village, Annette’s offers great Tex Mex/ American Diner Menu at reasonable prices.

Rock ‘n’ Roll and 50’s music sets the pace, with the waiting staff giving a performance of Grease on the tables! Downstairs the waiters cruised around on roller skates.

Often long queues, but great milk shakes are worth waiting for.

    We Will Be Back!

  29. Been to Annette’s on many occasions and is always the first restaurant on our visits. There is a lot to select from on the menu and the price is reasonable. There can be queues at various times of the day, but they tend to move quickly. If your lucky you get the singing and roller-skating, but this seems less year by year. The ‘Elvis’ is a must!

    By phildis66 on 3rd November 2007

  30. Just as you would imagine a 50’s style American diner to be.

Visibily is was great. Food – very nice but again quite expensive for what it was. Where were the roller skating waiters / waitresses ? Would certainly go back but was expecting a little more. Big queues for this one.

By Dave Loseby on 26th October 2007

  31. We’ve eaten at Annette’s 3 times over the last couple of years, it’s great value for money with a fun atmosphere, you really do feel like you’re in an American 50’s diner and huge meals which are big enough to share. We’ve tried a lot of the different burgers and other menu selections and never been disappointed and the pumpkin soup served in a large pumpkin shaped bread roll is highly recommended. We’ve never seen the roller skating waitresses although Elvis the King himself did visit our table on one visit so in his honour we ordered the Elvis dessert, it arrives with 4 spoons and really is big enough for 4 to share !

  32. Heard great reviews to went with family on 11th October. All i can say is very dissapointed. Went earlyish at 5.00 to avoid queues,. No rollerskating waitresses but a very friendly waiter. Decent burgers but at expensive prices. Toilets were an absolute disgrace, gents urinals blocked off and remaining two toilets missing seats and stinking!! Female toilets apprently had overflowing female hygiene units!! Kids meals decent value, and best part about it was desert, but at the end of the day could almost describe it as an dearer and slightly posher McDonalds!

By davybob on 18th October 2007

  33. Okay…
Never ever say something bad about Anette’s to me :)
Each Disney trip I make I at least want to eat here once!!! The menu is brilliant, their citronade absolutely refreshing in every imagineable way, and their deserts are simply to good to be true!

This is a great experience for people of all ages… Just be sure you do have a healthy appetite when heading there though!

By David Heremans on 7th October 2007

  34. This is a great place to dine out, if you’re lucky they serve you on roller skates and even dance on the tables. The portion sizes here are huge too and very nice fast food. Well worth a visit.

By nattynoo on 6th October 2007

  35. Every year we visit Disneyland Paris, we always look forward to visiting Annettes Diner on our first night. We always found the waitresses entertaining, the food excellent and the meals cheap compared to the rest of the park. Having just got back from this years visit, I’m afraid this is now not the case. The singing and dancing waitresses\waiters looked like they didn’t want to be there. The burgers were flat and not very tasty. And the bill was a lot more than what we are used to. The service was excellent as usual, but we felt let down with the rest of the visit. We look forward to visiting other restaurants next year.

By welshleddy on 5th October 2007

  36. This used to be my favourite place to eat the first couple of years the resort was opened. Last year I had diner there again and the food was horrible! Way too expensive for disgusting ‘burgers’! Sorry to say so, but I will never eat there again.

By flubberdewups on 24th September 2007

  37. Our favourite place to eat in the whole Resort, well actually we had dinner there every time.
It looks a bit expensive if you think they are just Hot Dogs or Burgers but when you see the size of them, well the are just HUGE ones.
There is a always a queue but we have never been waiting a lot, the medium price for each one of us was 24 euros – big burger or big hot dog, big drink and 2 big dessert shared in two people.

    By giuly09 on 23rd September 2007

  38. Definitely my favorite place to eat in the Disney Village if not the whole resort. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and the service is great. The food is typical American diner food: burgers, fries, salads, etc. It is a very popular place, often very crowded and during peak hours there are usually lines outside. Try to go here just before regular lunch or dinner time and you’ll be seated right away.

By ouray on 19th September 2007

  39. This is the best place to eat in the village if you just want a nice burger and chips, the menu is simple if you know what you like and the onion rings are to die for, I think the price is good for the amount of food you get.

By miss disney fan on 17th September 2007

  40. This is my favourite restaurant in Disney Village. Although the food is simple, burgers, milkshakes etc, it’s done to perfection. The burgers are probably the best I’ve ever eaten, the milkshakes thick and delicious. Save some space for the desserts, especially the wonderful brownie. The staff are good and zip around the restaurant on rollerskates. Occasionally they will perform a little dance number as well. Like nearly all the restaurants in Disney Village this place is expensive, but personally I think it’s worth it.

Annette’s is very popular and there is often a line for dinner. If you’re going for dinner, try and go before park closing otherwise expect a long line. Lunch is probably a better bet, you can usually walk straight in. However, the place is quieter and some of the atmosphere is missing. I prefer going for dinner.
