Just had a very nice meal here during our stay at Newport Bay Club. We had 3 courses each and a bottle of wine which came to 109 euros. I thought this was a little steep as our meal at Walts was far superior and cost quite a bit less.
There was an excellent children’s all you can eat buffet available full of great looking fresh food, no ‘junk’. I would have been happy to have that myself had I been allowed to.
It was convenient to eat in the hotel after a tiring day in the park but I wouldn’t go again. Nicer food can be obtained more cheaply elsewhere.
I don’t understand why it hasn’t been reviewd yet.
Our visit was on Thurs 16th October for dinner. My wife had the Captain’s Platter (a medley of shell fish inc Oysters, Lobster, crab claws, mussells. I had fillet steak that was cooked to perfection.
The waiter was excellant and the service was neither too slow or too quick.
