DLRP Review is a brand new website, still in “Beta” form, and so it’s inevitable some problems will occur. This page aims to help you get started and troubleshoot any problems.

I registered but still haven’t received my password

Please, be patient! All accounts have to be verified by the admin before the email with your temporary password is sent. However, should you not have received your password after more than 48 hours, please follow these steps:

1) Check the “Junk” mail folder of the email account you used. As the email is automated, some programs assume it to be junk.

2) If you still don’t see it, return to the Register screen and type again the username and email — it could be that you typed your email address incorrectly first time. Finally, if the screen indicates both have already been used and are stored by DLRP Review, proceed to step 3.

3) Contact Us! We can reset your password and absolutely make sure you get the new one.

I have my password but can’t log in

If you have received your password but can’t log in, first double-check you typed both your username and password correctly. If you’ve still no luck, contact us for assistance.

The password I was given isn’t very memorable - can I change it?

Yes, we recommend you change your temporary password the first time you log in. To change your password, first log in and then click your username in the top-right of any DLRP Review page. This will take you to your account where you can specify a new password in the bottom-right of the page.

Can I expect any newsletters or junk mail by entering my email address?

No, absolutely none. Your email address is stored privately and securely within our system and will not be used for anything other than direct correspondance regarding your DLRP Review account. This could include account information, such as when your password has been modified, or contact from an admin regarding any ratings or reviews posted.

I recently posted a review, but it hasn’t appeared on the website. Where is it?

As stated throughout the website, all reviews are moderated before being accepted for display on the pages of DLRP Review. This can take up to 48 hours, but you should still be able to see your review on the page, marked as “awaiting moderation.” Whilst we sincerely welcome all contributions, some reviews may not be posted if they do not meet our quality guidelines or provide input of any use.

I chose the wrong star rating for something! Can I change my score?

Sorry, at least with the current version of the website, all star ratings are final and cannot be edited — please rate wisely!

I am unable to use the star rating system and/or post reviews, what’s the problem?

It could be that you’re using an old browser, unsupported by either of these features. DLRP Review is tested throughout all design in the latest versions of both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox on the Windows operating system. The website should also be completely functional with the latest version of Apple’s Safari browser. If you’re having trouble using the website or believe some portion of the page design to have malfunctioned, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is there somewhere where I can see all the reviews or star ratings I’ve given so far?

Sorry, at least with the current version of the website, listings and features of this kind are not currently possible.

You’ve missed out a piece of the magic that I’d like to review, can you add it?

We welcome all feedback and contributions, and will certainly consider adding any locations, restaurants or attractions within Disneyland Resort Paris which you believe are not currently covered. Just contact us!
